Industrial Object Identification

The automation of the supply chain management is based – amongst others – on an accurate and reliable identification of objects. However, in production sites the hardware has to meet the requirements of a typical industrial environment. Besides only requiring a minimum need for maintenance and at the same time providing maximum life expectancy, the transponders should also withstand heat, wet, dust as well as other permanent stress factors.

The block tag is a heavy and relatively large transponder cast in concrete.
Block Tag: Dimensions (LxWxH): 120 x 100 x 30mm
4 flat tags (one is stacked over the 3 others). A flat tag is rectangular and has two mounting holes left and right. The flat tag is made of gray, silicone and engraved in the middle of the sensideon radio wave.
