Our top priority is to test the limits of sensor technology and, as a technology leader for wireless temperature measurement and RFID tags, to set the standards of tomorrow. Your working environment

In addition to flexible working hours and home office opportunities, we have a lot more to offer!

Here at sensideon you can enjoy a great view over Wels West. The office is equipped with air conditioning and there are enough parking spaces for employees. The workplaces are modern and spacious, and each space has powerful computers, two monitors for better work and a webcam for online meetings. Depending on the department, you will also have an additional work cell phone and a laptop at your disposal. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining areas and lounge furniture for working outdoors. For the summer there are 3 terraces, sun loungers and even a grill for your lunch break. And recently, after work in the Metaverse, you can compete against your colleagues in various games with virtual reality glasses that sensideon provides you with!

With so much space, there is also enough room for new ideas and input. Because a flat hierarchy is not just on paper for us, but is lived – from the apprentice to the head of department.

 

Your everyday work

During your daily work you can help yourself to all kinds of drinks such as freshly ground coffee and fruit juices. Weekly jour fixes (meetings) with the head of department bring the team up to date. Your own input and independence are important in our team, because you will take on responsibility relatively quickly and have your own projects. As a change, after a long working week, smaller and larger events such as company celebrations, summer barbecues, Christmas parties or participation in sports competitions (participation fee is borne by sensideon, participation on a voluntary basis) are on the agenda as well.

Your training and career at sensideon

If you enjoy your apprenticeship with us or complete an internship, we will support you from the start in your full professional and personal development. The sensideon Academy was specially created to support you as best as possible with onboarding and to build on your personal skills in a targeted manner. There are no limits or a glass ceiling on your career ladder with us.
